As a Lead Zoho Trainer, you will play a key role in developing a highly skilled internal talent pool by conducting comprehensive Zoho application training programs. Roles & responsibilities:

Establish the Human Resource department for the central office as well as the school

• Manages all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and compensation

• Develops and maintains the school’s employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms
