What’s the job?

As the Senior Office Administrator you’ll be working on a wide range of general admin tasks and assisting with a variety of office tasks.


What you tell your friends you do

What you will really be doing

  • Support for the office management including vendor management, equipment inventory and procurement, event management, work station set up, software purchase

  • Administration work related to the office, software and hardware/equipment

What’s the job?

As our Events Executive you’ll support the team to find and organise gaming industry events and opportunities.

What you will really be doing

  • Research industry events and opportunities and make recommendations to the Events Manager.

  • Work with the Admin team to book travel and accommodation for attendees of events.

  • Work with the Brand Marketing and Admin team to design and purchase merchandise.

  • Support the Events Manager with planning attendance and sponsorship at external events for the Mobile Publishing, Recruitment teams, and the PC & Console team when there are cross-overs.

  • Support the Events Manager with planning and completing Kwalee-run events.

  • Contribute to reporting on results from events activity.

  • Assist with the delivery of webinars, workshops and challenges.

  • Assist with the development and delivery of new initiatives within the Mobile Publishing and Recruitment teams.
