We are looking for a storyteller who can profoundly understand the user and can translate our product details as per the user's needs. You are the one who likes working with data and insights and make decisions based on it. Should be able to lead multiple stakeholder roles efficiently for international markets with a passion for technology. An eager candidate to make an impact to the organization & thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.

Key Responsibilities

• Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define our GTM and partner with the rest of the team to execute the GTM. It will include work like demand generation, sales playbooks, sales enablement, and marketing assets.
• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams- product, partner managers, marketing, and sales to craft thoughtful go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to define our own marketing strategy.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing or product management.

About You:

Experience, have basic knowledge and show interest in the blockchain industry.

About the Role

As a Lead Engineer, you will need to produce and implement functional software solutions. You will work with a senior engineer to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects. In this role, you should be able to work with minimal supervision.  Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• You will need to ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
• Experience or proactive working in mission-critical 24*7 systems.
• Review the performance of the operating system used in the Company and upgrade it as and when required. 
• Conducts peer code reviews and design reviews. 
• Should have knowledge and experience working with SAAS-based applications in early or mid-stage startups. 
• Undertaking engineering tasks that are complex in nature and also working on big modules and defining the architectural layouts, both on the Application, API, and Database levels. 
• Demonstrates broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks (e.g., open-source).

Requirements

• B.S./M.S/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Java/C++ with 3alm+ years of experience developing production-level software
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models, and their use in developing distributed and scalable systems
• 5+ years experience in developing complex and scalable distributed systems and delivering, deploying, and managing microservices successfully
• Hands-on experience  in query processing or optimization, distributed systems, concurrency control, data replication, code generation, networking, and storage systems
• Passion for quality, zero downtime upgrades, availability, resiliency, and uptime of the platform
• Passion for learning and delivering using latest technologies
• Ability to solve ambiguous, unexplored, and cross-team problems effectively
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform 
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes for orchestration and container management in private and public clouds (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) 
• Understanding of distributed file systems such as  S3, ADLS, or HDFS
