About the Role:
➢ Achieving month's Sales Targets of enrolling students for BFSI courses.
➢ Mobilization of youth and graduates to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs.
➢ Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders and NGOs to partner with us.
➢ Organize events/Sessions/workshop for communities with parents, underprivileged graduates, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the

Eligibility Criteria:
● Should have extensive experience in school/ college partnerships, conducting seminars and
small-scale events, Managergeneration activities
● Should have 5+ years of experience in the EdTech industry
● Should have led 5+ member teams in lead generation activities in other EdTech companies
● Should be presentable to do college tie-ups and carry the Testbook brand
● Must have prior experience as he/she will be running as soon as he/she is onboarded
