Role Overview
We are hiring HR Operations and Payroll professionals from the Real Estate / Construction industry who have hands-on experience in salary disbursement, payroll operations, labour law compliance, Form Q handling, and RERA-related compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should have independently managed payroll and statutory compliance activities without dependency on external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Salary Disbursement
- End-to-end payroll processing for employees and site workforce.
- Accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Processing attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, arrears, and reimbursements.
- Handling Full & Final Settlement (F&F).
- Payroll reconciliation and salary register maintenance.
- Managing payroll queries and employee support.
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
- Strong working knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Handling compliance related to:
- PF
- ESI
- PT
- Bonus
- Gratuity
- LWF
- CLRA
- Minimum Wages
- Factory/Labour compliance requirements
- Experience in Form Q documentation and filings.
- Ensuring statutory registers and labour records are maintained accurately.
- Coordinating labour inspections and compliance audits.
- BOCW
RERA & Site HR Operations
- Experience supporting RERA compliance documentation/processes.
- Managing site HR operations and manpower records.
- Coordination with contractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance for contract labour and project workforce.
HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Exit management and compliance clearance.
- HRMS and employee database management.
- Preparation of MIS reports and payroll/compliance reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Strong exposure to salary disbursement and labour law compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Form Q and statutory compliance.
- Ability to independently manage payroll operations without consultants.
- Strong Excel and HRMS knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
