🔹 Key Responsibilities:

➡️ Prepare and manage monthly salary processing and payroll documentation.

➡️Handle HRMS tools and maintain accurate employee records.

➡️Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.

➡️Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

➡️Maintain employee documentation, attendance, and leave records.

➡️Support HR operations, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.

➡️Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

➡️Coordinate onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.

🔹 Required Skills:

➡️1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.

➡️Basic knowledge of payroll preparation, PF, ESIC, statutory laws, and compliance.

➡️Experience working with HRMS tools.

➡️Good communication and coordination skills.

➡️Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage payroll operations and statutory compliance for our corporate office and project sites in Bangalore.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant payroll and statutory compliance experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for corporate and site employees.
• Manage statutory compliance related to Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI), including registrations, monthly filings, challans, and employee records.
• Handle physical documentation related to PF and ESI, including maintaining statutory registers and filing records.
• Ensure compliance with RERA requirements and maintain project-related documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain compliance under the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports and support internal and external audits.
• Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities whenever required.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, and project teams to ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee information.
