Requirements:

Must have past experience as full stack developer working on .NET

Overall Experience Level: 3 to 8 Years

Database experience with MS SQL

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

Understanding of server-side CSS

Understands Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS)

Expertise in Entity Framework and LINQ for interaction with database

Expertise in SQL Stored procedures development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Oversee fundraising campaigns, including private token sales, equity rounds, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of investors interested in Web3, blockchain, and digital assets.

2. Investment Strategy & Deal Structuring

3. Pitch Decks & Financial Modeling

Key Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Rigging Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating high-quality rigs for character designs and animations tailored for gaming. The artist must have expertise in Unreal Engine, Blender, and Character Creator/iClone workflows, ensuring the rigs are optimized for real-time performance and advanced character animations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust rigs for 3D characters with detailed anatomy and mechanics.
• Create rigs compatible with Unreal Engine, Blender, and Character Creator/iClone.
• Ensure the rigs support complex animation requirements, including facial rigging, dynamic bones, and advanced deformations.
