Job Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help maintain candidate databases and provide status updates to the hiring team.
• Communicate with applicants regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Onboarding and Orientation:

• Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, collecting paperwork, and ensuring smooth communication with new hires.
• Help coordinate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with the company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Organize welcome kits and assist in conducting introductory meetings.

Employee Engagement:

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed about events and updates.

HR Administration:

• Help maintain accurate employee records by updating HR databases with employee data, status changes, and other relevant information.
• Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as contracts, job descriptions, and policy manuals.
• Support in organizing and maintaining confidential employee files.
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration as needed. The payroll process in HR involves maintaining employee data associated with salaries to credit them on time using the payroll system.

Learning and Development:

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities for employees.
• Help track employee training records and ensure that required certifications or courses are completed.
• Provide support in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

1. General HR Support:

• Provide day-to-day support for the HR team, assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
• Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Day to Day running of  Subscription orders across 4 major cities across India. Ensure Smooth Operations and a great customer experience.

These responsibilities can include:

1. Overseeing and developing an inventory management system to prevent stock outs

2. Should have 2-4 years experience in hotels/ restaurants/ cloud kitchens/ food industries. 

3. Should have working experience in a cloud kitchen environment.   

4. Should have worked on operational parameters of Swiggy & Zomato.

5. Should be able to handle cloud kitchen outlets.

We are looking to hire excellent .NET developers. You will be a part of a talented distributed team responsible for designing and developing critical systems, delivering high-performance software for leading European clients. The primary focus will be to implement an end-to-end solution focusing on performance using .NET and Angular (nice to have).

You will be contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing well-designed, testable, efficient code. Candidate Experience

The candidate should have 8+ years of working experience in the .NET and .NET Core technology stack. The candidate will be evaluated accordingly to their total work experience. Expectation from the Candidate Deep understanding of .NET Framework/.NET Core and Angular (desirable)

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong object-oriented development experience in C#; strong understanding of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Well-versed in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, LINQ, Middleware, DI containers, Services, FluentAPI, Swagger Specs, etc.
• Strong ability to build RESTful services using ASP.NET Core WebApi.
• Solid hands-on experience using ORMs like Entity Framework Core.
• Team management aspects for 20-30 people
• Experience using Moq and Microsoft Unit Test Framework.
• Solid experience in any RDBMS – preferably SQL Server but Oracle, MySql would also be okay.
• Experience building responsive web UIs in React.
• Knowledge on ExtJS (Sencha) would be a huge plus.
• Knowledge of Containerization using Docker.
• Basic understanding of widely used design patterns like CQRS, DDD (Domain-Driven Design),  Repository, etc.
• Experience working in Git with modern CI/CD/DevOps processes.

Other Skills

• Ability to work in a diverse team/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Should have worked in an Agile environment following methodologies such as Scrum.
• Preferred knowledge of software requirements assessment and implementation, automated testing, continuous integration, automated deployments, source code repositories, and code check-in processes (e.g., GitHub, TFS, AWS CodeCommit, etc.).

Java Springboot Developer

• Java Springboot - Support end-end management of the APIs over its entire lifecycle
• Work with various application teams to understand their business needs and requirements for the API implementation
