Job Overview

Surety Seven Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, build scalable applications, guide development teams, and drive technical excellence across projects.

This role requires strong ownership, leadership capability, and hands-on coding expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable full-stack applications
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards & best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation and system design discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of microservices architecture (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience leading technical modules or teams

Job Responsibilities:

1. WordPress Theme and Plugin Development:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Ensure the compatibility and responsiveness of websites across various devices.

1. Website Design and Layout:

• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
• Optimize website layout for maximum usability and user experience.

1. Content Management:

• Set up and manage content within WordPress, ensuring it is well-structured and easily maintainable.
• Provide training and support to clients on content management best practices.

1. Website Maintenance and Updates:

• Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks on existing WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.

1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with designers, UI/UX specialists, and other developers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of web development projects.

1. Customization and Integration:

• Implement custom functionalities and integrations based on client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs and services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially WooCommerce.

• Drive the architecture and design of large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems and services using object-oriented design, distributed programming, Java/Node/ Python, .Net.
• Hands on experience in delivering high quality software products.
• Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well between a ranges of complex systems.
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance.
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Full Stack Developer Job Description:

1. Knowledge in MERN Stack is mandatory

2. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

3. Design client-side and server-side architecture

4. Conduct Testing & Debugging, utilize script tools & write basic codes for design specifications

5. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

6. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Proven experience mentoring junior developers, defining work procedures and coding conventions.

 Experience working with various databases (preferably more than two).

• Requirement gathering, analysis and grooming: Gather requirements from various stakeholders analyze product requirements and translate requirements into product specifications.
• Prepare Robust/future proof and easily scalable Design and architecture
• Shown strength and experience in one or more of the following areas: application architecture, solutions architecture, software systems architecture, and data architecture.
