About the Job:
Gyaan is seeking an experienced backend developer with expertise in Python, Django, AWS, and Redis to join our dynamic team! As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building responsive and scalable applications using Python, Django, and associated technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience programming in Python, Django
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Github Action, Gitlab CI) in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in building and running modern full-stack cloud applications using public cloud technologies such as AWS/
- Proficiency with at least one relational database system like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex problems across different levels of the organization and to customers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software design lifecycle, and design patterns.
- Detail-oriented mindset to identify and rectify errors in code or product development workflow.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly, as the "cloud-native" field evolves rapidly.

About the Job:
Gyaan is looking for a Senior React JS developer to join our dynamic team! As a Senior React JS developer, you will be responsible for building components and modules using React and associated tooling (Redux, React-query, Indexed-DB, Material-UI). Team management and Mentoring experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Build components and modules using React.
- Building the core front-end infrastructure, design systems, and libraries.
- Convert Figma designs into reusable front-end components.
- Translation of designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, founders, and product managers.
- Take ownership of products and features & releases, Should be able to mentor junior developers, Code reviews, Feature Review & Allocation of tasks.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4-6 years of production experience with React JS and associated tooling (Redux, React-query, Indexed-db, Material-UI)
- 3+ years of Typescript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6/ES7.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including virtual DOM, data binding, State & Props and React Lifecycle and Redux.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, JSS, CSS etc.
- Experience consuming and transforming internal and 3rd party API's using REST
- Experience with code quality and reusability practices (eslint, prettier, CI/CD for front-end repos)
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibilities, responsiveness, and web accessibility standards.
- Good experience of Front-end/React best practices, code reviews, design documentation, debugging, troubleshooting, and agile development
- Communication: You like discussing a plan upfront, welcome collaboration, and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Good to have If you have implemented complex features like authentication/authorization, I18N, logging, security, and testing into developer boilerplates to minimize production errors.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
