Job Description:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities:

7 years of work experience with ETL, Data Modelling, and Data Architecture Proficient in ETL optimization, designing, coding, and tuning big data processes using Pyspark Extensive experience to build data platforms on AWS using core AWS services Step function, EMR, Lambda, Glue and Athena, Redshift, Postgres, RDS etc and design/develop data engineering solutions. Orchestrate using Airflow.

Technical Experience:

Hands-on experience on developing Data platform and its components Data Lake, cloud Datawarehouse, APIs, Batch and streaming data pipeline Experience with building data pipelines and applications to stream and process large datasets at low latencies.

➢ Enhancements, new development, defect resolution and production support of Big data ETL development using AWS native services.

➢ Create data pipeline architecture by designing and implementing data ingestion solutions.

➢ Integrate data sets using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda functions/ Airflow.

➢ Design and optimize data models on AWS Cloud using AWS data stores such as Redshift, RDS, S3, Athena.

➢ Author ETL processes using Python, Pyspark.

➢ Build Redshift Spectrum direct transformations and data modelling using data in S3.

➢ ETL process monitoring using CloudWatch events.

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS

Job Description:

Candidate must have 2 to 5-years of experience in various phase of development of a python-based application or API development.

Requirements:

Must Have:  Strong expertise in PYTHON and its built-in data structures, developing API using flask or fastapi, data wrangling using standard python frameworks like pandas, NumPy etc., integration of various applications (third party or inhouse) with python.

Good to Have: Deployment using Nginx, GUnicorn, IIS, docker and Kubernetes etc. Good understanding of optimization solutions like differential evolution. Hands on experience with python packages like Scipy.  Tkinter to make python-based applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding/gathering the requirements from stakeholder, formulating the problem, and leveraging AI/ML to solve the business problems.
• Integration of third party or in house application with python solution.
• Working on Deployment and optimization of various engineering problems using Numerical/Constraint optimization frameworks such as Differential Evolution and deploy a web-based API using Flask and Nginx/IIS.
• Unit testing of various python modules developed and testing of the API.

• Implement best practices for the engineering team across code hygiene, overall architecture design, testing, and deployment activities
• Drive technical decisions for building data pipelines, data lakes, and analyst access.
• Act as a leader within the engineering team, providing support and mentorship for teammates across functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
• Experienced developer in large data environments
• Experience using Git productively in a team environment
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Ability to sit with business or technical SMEs to listen, learn and propose technical solutions to business problems
