Job responsibilities:
i) Develop and implement communication and public engagement strategies that align with the institution's goals and objectives and promote the institution's work and impact.
ii) Conduct regular analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of communication and public engagement strategies and adjust them as needed
iii) Assist with other administrative tasks as and when needed
What You'll Do -
- Work closely with our internal teams to create content that attracts, engages, and educates existing and potential customers.
- Write content around saas marketing.
- Create engaging short- and long-form written content on a regular and recurring basis (2-3 blog posts per week)
- Assist with the production of visual content such as images, infographics, etc to complement and/or convert your written content.
- Brainstorm and execute new topics and themes that are relevant to our target audience.
- Help set up the overall content & engagement strategy of the company, monitor progress, and come up with new ways to meet and exceed engagement goals.
What You'll Need -
- 2+ years of professional content writing experience, ideally related to marketing/SaaS products
- The candidate must know about SEO and should have a proven ability to write SEO-friendly content.
- Excellent written English with stellar copywriting skills.
- Fantastic storytelling skills - you have an innate ability to engage and captivate audiences with your words
- Fast learner and creative thinker - you grasp new concepts quickly and are able to turn one idea into many content pieces
- Comfortable adapting writing style & approach based on target audience across different interests and demographics
- You stay updated with the latest trends in your field
- Comfortable with WordPress CMS
- Passionate for content writing.
