Strong Sales manager, business development manager, accounts sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of overall Business Development experience in SaaS, or technology solutions/servcies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have atleast 3+ years of experience in Selling SaaS of which 1+ should be in global market (USA market preferred)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have end-to-end ownership of sales pipeline — lead gen, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience driving new business growth, not just managing accounts or partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

Define and Drive Design Strategy: Develop and implement a UX design strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures a consistent, high-quality user experience across all products.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to understand business needs, user pain points, and technical constraints. Together, you’ll create user-friendly, innovative solutions.

Lead User Research & Testing: Oversee user research activities to gather insights about customer behaviors, needs, and pain points. Use these insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions through testing.

Create Exceptional Designs: Guide the team in developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that bring ideas to life and delight users.

Leverage and Expand the Design System: Utilize our existing design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all designs. Collaborate with teams to integrate it seamlessly into every product and expand its scope to support evolving design needs.

Ideal Candidate

6-8+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years in managerial roles.

Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Rive, Framer, and Lottie.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.

Experience designing for Android, iOS, and responsive web platforms.

Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; skills in animation or storyboarding

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-level Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI with smooth animations, transitions, and responsive layouts.
• Implement secure session management, authentication, and token-based APIs.
