Job Description:

1. Responsible of Monitoring Team members’ daily activity
2. Responsible for Manage the team, fix performance metrics and periodical performance review
3. Responsible for Effectively handle employee grievances and communicate
4. Excellent English communication skills- The ability to communicate effectively is a core skill required to be a successful recruiter.
5. Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
6. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
7. Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
8. Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
9. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
10. Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc. leading to joining post placement.
11. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
12. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
13. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
14. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
15. Publish progress report to management every week.
16. Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.

Role: US IT Recruiter - Freshers/Trainees

Experience: 0-6 months 

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Responsibilities: 

• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
• Should ensure to submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each of the requisition
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals

Must have:

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal both

Qualification:  

• 0-6 months of experience in US Staffing.
• Should be ready to work 80% of the time on W2 recruitment only.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work from office (Hyderabad)
• Experience in using job portals like Career Builder, Dice and LinkedIn would be a plus.

Job Description 

Experience : 3+ years in end to end US Technical Hiring 

Location : Pune 

Notice Period : Immediate Preferred 

To be eligible you must be: 

• Excellent in sourcing through Job Portals, Social Media, x ray Search-Booleans, etc.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure 
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Able to analyze resumes and determine appropriate matches for vacancies
• Understanding of impact to business and metrics 
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Hands on experience with Applicant tracking systems 
• Ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues
• Understanding of various visa status and Tax Terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099, Permanent).
• Willing to work in Night Shift (USA TIME ZONE) 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Effectively sourcing right fit and getting closures on time
• Coordinate with multiple Vendors and onsite teams to gather exact requirements and schedule Interviews
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Understand hiring leaders needs and deliver value by crafting best solutions for them
• Work on different recruitment metrics and share with business/team as and when required
