React JS Developer

Job Title: React.js Developer

We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to build and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and state management (Redux/Context API). You will work closely with our team to develop responsive UIs, integrate APIs, and ensure performance optimization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in React.js development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React hooks, and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern front-end tools
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, or testing frameworks

• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Deep knowledge of React practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core React
• Delivering a complete front end application

Core skill required:

• In-depth knowledge of Angular 8 or above , Typescript, JavaScript , HTML, and CSS
• Should have adequate knowledge of API Development Technologies to guide the Team to develop the API code and get it tested
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Should have good knowledge of the current Technology trends to implement techniques which can enhance the security, performance and stability of the product
• Should have good knowledge in preparing the Low Level Design and ensure the developers are having full understanding before commencement of work
• Good Knowledge of the DevOps process for CI/CD will be an added advantage
• Should have a solid understand of SDLC process using Waterfall, Iterative or Agile Methodology
• Good Knowledge of Quality Processes and Quality Standards
• Have experience in handling risk and providing mitigation strategies to the Product Manager

Primary skills:

• 8+ years of experience Angular 8+ version, Type Script
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Web Application development HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework and Linq Queries
• Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 1 - 2 years
• Must have a good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions
• Should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
• Should provide Technical guidance to the team to get the task completed on time.
• Assist project manager in the project coordination/management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

In depth knowledge of VUE.JS

• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus)

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

• One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter.

 • Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Job Description

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs
• Build reusable/hygiene code and customize libraries/tools for future use
• Develop best user interaction and easy navigating features
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, coordinating the same with design team to ensure the required files are in-place
• Ensure that all user input is validated using scripts
• Perform cross-browser testing before staging the platform to the backend integration
• Final functionality of the applications to be ensured after backend integration
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Job Specifications

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Development experience on latest Angular versions is a must.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
• 2-6 years of experience in the domain of UI Development
