We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Specialist with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning configuration, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, and driving adoption of Oracle-delivered best practices with minimal customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning configuration lifecycle.
• Configure and support Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Design demand forecasting, supply plan generation, and constraint-based planning solutions.
• Configure sourcing rules, supply allocation, safety stock, planning parameters, and inventory optimization.
• Manage planning exceptions and provide recommendations for resolving supply and demand issues.
• Translate complex business requirements into standard Oracle Fusion SCM Planning functionality.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze supply-demand gaps, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and material availability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams.
• Identify opportunities to minimize customizations and maximize the use of Oracle-delivered best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• Support data migration, integrations, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning / Oracle SCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning.

• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement them.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Implement and constantly improve Processes and System to reduce inventory, minimize cost and maximize inventory utilization.
• Responsible for entire inventory movement cycle immediately after the PO is raised at HO.
• Tracking ETD & ETA of all Import Consignments as well as Internal Inventory movement within India Operations.
• Coordinate with Buying Team and Location Teams on Periodic Sales & Inventory Requirement Forecast – at least for a period of 3 months / 1 Qrtr in advance.
• analyze Inventory requirement at location as per Promotion Calendar in coordination with respective Buyer and Track / Monitor Efficacy of each Promotion.
• Interacts with each Location Team and ensure steady flow of valid and valuable feedback on sales and inventory.
• Execute & Maintain Category & Merchandising Planogram as prescribed by respective Buyer.
• Responsible for Setting up and Implementation of Auto Replenishment Process at all locations in coordination with Location team and IS team.
• Formulate, Generate and Share Inventory related MIS reports with HO Functions on periodic basis. For example – Self-life Expiry Report, Stock Availability Report, Flagging all potential alert situation
