Full-Stack Developer (Backend-Focused)

We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering using Python and Golang. In this role, you will take ownership of backend systems while contributing to the development of modern, responsive frontend interfaces. The focus will be on building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications, with emphasis on API development, database engineering, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend services using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work extensively with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic
• Implement efficient, secure, and scalable application architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across different environments
• Optimize performance and reliability of backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Contribute to DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused development
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks like Django or FastAPI
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
• Experience with Git and CI/CD automation pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Strong Java programming skills
• Minimum of 5 years practical software development experience
• Robust object-oriented design pattern knowledge and implementation experience using Java;
• Python a plus
• Advanced knowledge and experience developing and working with relational databases such as
• Sybase and MySQL
• Experience with multi-tier application architecture and high performance distributed and in-
• memory caching solutions
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
• Strong foundation in SDLC best practices including test driven development, unit testing
• discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

• Handle a portfolio of projects and clients in parallel from Fortune 1000 companies and across geographies.
• Plan for a quarter ahead and develop an execution plan for projects and people in the team. Need to be ahead of both client and internal resources in planning and execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers.
• Make sure that the projects are achieving promised business value/RoI and figure out ways to achieve it if there is a gap.
• Build Rapport with clients and manage those effectively, high end consulting touch would be required
• Manage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively.
• Able to effectively use the established frameworks in project execution, client handling, resource utilization, resource mentoring etc.
• Directly supervises functional consultants, solution architects; conducts employee performance reviews/evaluations and career development discussions
• Manage up- Make sure to keep the higher management honest and able to strike a right balance between issues/items that are to be escalated vs that are to be handled.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from a top reputed university) 
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with small and large groups
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand Fortune 1000 client business complexities and handle those

Experience:

• Overall 8+  years of professional services experience with extensive experience in customer facing  roles and involved in requirements gathering, gap analysis, feasibility study etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a fast paced consulting / professional services set-up.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing large portfolio, leading cross-functional teams and tracking the project progress against the plans
• Experience in leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.
• Experience in following the established processes/standards/templates to achieve successful results.
• Experience with Invoice-to-Cash related business process is desirable

Eligibility Criteria:

2. Willing to work 6 days a week (should be available on Saturdays & Sundays)

4. At least 1 year of English Teaching experience

5. Should have good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software development experience
• Hands on development experience using Java technology stack with focus on architecture and design.
• Hands-on in Java Programming, J2EE, Spring or SpringBoot, Hibernate, RestAPI, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Oracle Database, PL/SQL
• Experience in application servers with prime focus on Tomcat.
• Experience in messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Must be hands on with Object Oriented concepts along with passion for design patterns and applicability.
• Relevant experience in Java frameworks like Spring Microservices, Spring-Boot, Hibernate, JPA etc.
• Understanding of developer testing practices and the differences between unit, functional, and system tests,
• Should have working experience in a CI/CD environment where build & test is automated.
• Should have working experience in tools like Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
• Should have used testing Frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts or principles
• Ability to work effectively as part of global team
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience in Azure and AWS Development and Deployment, Active Directory, Containerization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Work with outside data sources and APIs

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK.

• Proficient in different versions of Android, and know how to deal with different screen sizes.

• Strong technical expertise on Android device platforms.

• Good exposure to custom UI development.

• Candidate should be responsible for Design applications around natural user interfaces.

• Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Ability to understand business and technical requirements.

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
