Location - Airoli ( Navi Mumbai)

CTC - Upto 50 LPA

Experience- 14 - 18 years

· Responsible for Design, planning and implement the best of art network technologies.

· Analyse business IT needs and requirements to develop technical solutions.

· Design network systems to meet business needs, including LANs, WANs, intranets, Internet connections, Cloud network, data communication networks, etc.

· Perform network modelling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks.

· Experience in Troubleshoot complex networks, identifying and correcting technical issues.

· Act as L4 during crisis/incident event management incidents as needed.

· Cross team /partner engagements to represent Project concerns/needs.

· Provide leadership to manage demands from projects and technology upgrades including recommendations for vendor tools/solutions and global alignment of networks.

· Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination of vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources.

· Decision making authority is broad and can have significant material impact on cost, business planning and success of Bank core business.

· Support adoption of new technologies and tools, recommend capability improvements to network engineering, and assist in lab/ QA deployments for technology trials.

· Ensure that information security and risk management are embedded within the culture requiring continuous improvement to a complex set of functions to coordinate security and compliance risks related to information systems and assets.

· Direct and manage network-related projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Direct the continuous and secure maintenance of the corporate, data centre, and cloud networking infrastructure, including network security and Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plans.

Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-

quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members,ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Full Stack Development: Hands-on coding in ReactJS, Golang, or Java to contribute

directly to project deliverables. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in coding,

design, and testing.

• Micro services and Cloud-Native Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain

microservices architecture for scalable and resilient applications. Leverage cloud-native

technologies and principles to build robust and efficient systems.

• Squad Management: Independently manage engineering squads, ensuring effective

collaboration and delivery of project goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team

culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers,

and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities. Ensure alignment

between technical solutions and business objectives.

• Technology Stack Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging

technologies. Evaluate and introduce new technologies/tools to enhance the

development process.
