Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:
- An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, primarily focusing on managing schedules, communication, and office logistics.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and projects assigned by the CEO.
- Manage email communication, filter important messages, and draft responses.
- Handle any additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Managing an active calendar of appointments of the CEO
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments
- Taking MOM and working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Maintain and take care of organization data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
