we are software service provider target company software product companies in US region,

we are looking for Freelancer to have B2B calls and appointment set,

Your role have to set appointments for us with the C level persons in client side.

We pay based on per appointment 100 USD

if the appointed lead converted into project mean, you will get the 2.5 percentage commission,

after 3 months if you getting appointments constantly pay will be 150 USD.

1  Customer Styling:

Assist customers in selecting outfits that align with their personal style, body type, and needs  

Offer suggestions on trends, colors, patterns, and accessories to create a cohesive look

2  Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including new arrivals and current promotions  

o  Be well-versed in fabrics, garment care, and styling options for different pieces  

3.    Visual Merchandising:

o   Ensure the store's presentation aligns with current trends and seasonal themes  o      Work with the team to create visually appealing displays that attract and inspire customers  

4.    Customer Relationship Management:

o   Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences for future recommendations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Backend Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems. This role requires hands-on coding expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of developers in delivering high-performance, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the backend development team in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures using Java (preferably Java 11+).
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related frameworks.
