Job Role: Paid Media Executive

Experience Level: 1.5 + Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)..

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid

search, display, video, and social platforms

● Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including

strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking

● Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs

● Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction

● Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages,

including A/B testing

● Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives

● Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress

● Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

● Maintaining the team strength at all times

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Manager - Payments to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new ideas, utilize analytical skills to optimize performance, and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. This position is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker eager to advance digital payment solutions through effective leadership and project execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Candidate needs to be proficient in project management skills and should be able to deal with multiple functional teams such as Product, Business, Operations etc.
• Candidate should have good technical and functional knowledge of UPI.
• The candidate should be able to integrate seamless UPI payment flow on the Merchant website/Applications.
• Candidate should be able to Integrate Merchant payments solutions on 3rd Party Applications.
• Candidate should be able to work with the UPI technology team of Merchants and Bank.
• Candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them so as to ensure  completion within required time lines.
• Candidate should also be involved in UPI product maintenance activities to ensure minimum customer issues and also resolve issues within specified TAT's.
• Candidate should be responsible for supporting day to day activities in UPI.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UPI Technology and other Digital Products.
• Focus on generating new ideas on UPI platform and innovative product approaches.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others.

KEY DUTIES

• Independently own and resolve high-priority or complex customer issues with minimal supervision
• Reproduce and analyze product defects using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and drive timely resolution of defects
• Identify trends in escalations and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience
• Document investigation findings, root causes, and resolution steps clearly for both internal and external audiences
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Represent the escalation team in product reviews or defect triage meetings
• Build subject matter expertise in specific products or components
• Mentor and assist junior team members by reviewing their investigations and coaching through complex cases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and backlog refinement
• Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically requires 3–6 years of technical experience in a support, development, or escalation role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Proficient in debugging tools, logs, and test environments
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex issues and drive them to closure
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, Agile environment
• Proficiency with relevant scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — especially when engaging with customers in critical or escalated situations
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and follow- through
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to document and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable presenting findings or recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About the role:

SDET 2 [5-8 years’ experience]

Here’s what will be expected out of you*:

➢ Understanding the features & requirements and design end to end test cases

➢ Performing manual-functional testing

➢ Automating UI test cases as per requirements

➢ Automating API test cases using existing Karate Framework *Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

What we want:

➢ Good knowledge of Core Java programming skills.

➢ Expertise in UI automation using Selenium web-driver with BDD framework.

➢ Expertise in functional testing to identify critical, negative & edge cases.

➢ Knowledge in API automation using rest-assured or Karate API

➢ Hands-on experience on jenkins, git, SQL

➢ Very good understanding of microservice architecture, AWS services

➢ Very strong experience in mobile automation testing using Appium would be an added advantage.
