Senior Gen AI Full Stack Engineer:

• Strong background in AI/ML and Gen AI with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP pipelines, and AI model lifecycle.

• Experience in designing and building guardrail systems for Gen AI applications – including prompt filtering, semantic validation, toxicity detection, and hallucination mitigation.

• Fast API experience for API development.

• Proficiency in Python with frameworks like LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI, and LLM orchestration tools.

• Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.

Experience integrating Gen AI models into enterprise platforms securely and ethically.

Key Responsibilities

-As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering

culture. You will help articulate our engineering principles and help set the long-term

roadmap.

-Making decisions on the evolution of Cashflo's technical architecture

-Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

● 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience

● Experience building scalable backend platforms (you've owned & built features from start

to

finish before)

● Thorough knowledge of SDLC

● Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS

● Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases

● Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka and protocols

● Understands CI/CD pipelines

● Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure

● Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges

Responsibilities:

● As a Flutter Developer, you will create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android

using Google’s Flutter development framework.

● The primary focus will be on creating new experiences and maintaining the

acclaimed app.

● Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile

apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development.

Requirements:

● 4-5 years working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile) and 2 Years in

flutter(Must).

● Experience building a moderately complex Android app with knowledge of dart.

● Bonus if it’s on the Play Store or we can view the project

● Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks.

● Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when

needed.

● Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter/ Native

(Java/Kotlin/Swift/Object c).

● Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.

● Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs and mobile backend integration.

● Nice to have: Experience on Native side for android and ios
