Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at Robylon AI in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Experience in Design Thinking
• User Research and UX Research skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past design projects
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Knowledge of AI technology and customer support processes is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP.
• Following the defined steps of guest service.
• Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects of the store .
• Following the cleaning and hygiene guidelines set by the store .
• Managing product hygiene and expiry Managing store visual merchandising.
• Having basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
• Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working Handling the basic level product-related complaints as the per process.
• Maintaining the Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory records.
• Supporting the Store Manager in stock reconciliations.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile
• Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage.
• Experience in a retail setting will be an added advantage .
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexible and works well with a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

Reporting Manager - Store Manager

What will you do?

●Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

●Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution

●Develop service procedures, policies, and standards

●Keep accurate records and document customer service actions, and discussions

●Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Selenium, appium, Katalon, zika etc.) and SQL

• Understanding Test Requirements and analyzing the Application under Test(AUT)

• Generating Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium Element locators and WebDriver API Commands.

• Enhancing Test cases using Java Programming.

• Debugging Test Cases and Fixing Errors.

• Executing/Running Test Cases

• Defect Reporting & Tracking

• Test Reporting

• Basic Understanding of Functional and Regression Test Automation

• Automation Framework Design & Implementation

• Testing of web and mobile apps (Android and iOS)
