Job Overview:

Technical Support Engineer – Elastic Stack

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be the First point of contact for support queries
· Be responsible for solving customer queries and tickets in timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and triage IT Helpdesk requests through the Ticketing system and escalation Slack Channel and Emails

The candidate will be part of the team developing and maintaining Networking drivers for the company's 200/100/50/40/25/10GB PCI-E Ethernet adapters.
This will primarily be for Linux but can be extended to other Operating Systems (eg: FreeBSD, ESX, etc.)
He / She will be responsible for the design, coding, and unit testing of the software components.
Requirements:
- Experience in Linux driver development.
