We’re opening limited intern/Part-time work slots for someone who wants real ownership in end-to-end, relationship-driven hiring (not volume work). This is hands-on exposure to high-trust recruiting, with direct mentorship by IIT/ISB Alums

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and map bilingual Japan-based tech professionals using LinkedIn and public sources.

2. Work closely with senior-level professionals in high-growth roles and expand a premium LinkedIn network early in your career.

3. Maintain clean data tags in our CRM (role, domain, location, language signal, status)

4. Handle sourcing, screening, scheduling of interviews, and respectful follow-ups following Japanese business etiquette

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 29th Jan’26 and 5th Mar’26

3. are available for duration of 6 months. No Experience certificate will be provided if candidate leaves before 6 months.

Good to Have:

JLPT N3/N2/N1 candidates/Japanese speaking skills – Not Must, But Nice to have. Interest in Japanese culture is a plus.

❖    Experience & Knowledge:

❖    Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/BD in department & Institutes & Industries.

❖    Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a must.

•  Candidates with Market knowledge of Electrical Panel, Automation Solution, Energy Saving Solutions & IOT products will be prefered.
• People who are familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER /MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
•  Knowledge of LT / HT Switchgear & Electrical Control panels is preferable.
• Basic costing knowledge.
• Basic Taxation Knowledge.
• Qualification required is Diploma/ Btech in Electrical/Electronic .

➢   Should have good command in excel sheets / PPT etc.

➢    Excellent Communication Skill in English / Oriya is a must.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• 0-2 years of software experience in front-end mobile/web app development
• Good understanding of concurrency and multithreading
• Full Stack development experience building data, logic tier and user experience software
• Exposure to Android SDK (experience in AndroidTV framework will be a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, MQTT, Databases, Networking technologies
• React | React Native, Multi-platform exposure is a plus
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus

• 10+ years of experience in entire gamut of Accounts
• Regular accounting and periodical finalization
• Internal financial controls, systems & processes implementation, fine-tuning & adherence
• Decent Communication Skills and close interactions with all the Depts
• Budgeting, cash flow & MIS besides responsible for all statutory compliances which includes Taxation
• Immediate joiners are preferred

• To stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• To maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• To build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• To analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• To ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• To develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• To plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
• To provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
