Review Criteria:

• Strong sales executive profile
• Must have 3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling subscription-based products or platforms
• Must have experience in doing end to end Hunting / New Business Acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
• Must have experience of managing the complete sales cycle independently — research, outreach, client meetings, solution pitching, proposal handling, and closing.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders
• Experience in pipeline building & CRM usage, maintaining accurate forecasts, sales funnel tracking, and performance reporting.
• Along with Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives platforms, HR Tech SaaS product experience will also be considered valid and mandatory-eligible domain exposure.
• B2B SaaS Product companies
• Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
• Profiles with Only EdTech background will not be considered. Preferred (Consultative Selling): Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client business challenges and position SaaS solutions accordingly.

Preferred:

• Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, accountability, and high-energy sales attitude.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Business / Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for serving the needs of the existing customers and closing sales deals to create new customers.

Key Responsibilities-

• Prepare for the sales calls including conducting research and building sales decks
• Leading the prospective client calls, sending pitches, and closing new deals.
• Presenting Xoxoday products as a solution to the prospective client’s business challenge/needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers
• Should be flexible working in shifts or in different time zones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintain an accurate forecast
• Liaise and partner with other internal departments to manage complex sales opportunities.

About the role:

Heady is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) to join our growing team. In this position, you will own responsibility for the quality of our work and work closely with a strong, cross-functional, and cross-geographical team of engineers, product managers, and designers and help cultivate a quality mindset, coach and advocate for quality while assisting teams with software testing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Create automation frameworks and implement various design patterns
• API and UI automation scripting and maintenance
• Test integration with CI
• Test integration with the cloud platform
• Build health analysis
• Interact with clients as needed to ensure that we are delivering what they require

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science with 4+ years of Automation experience
• 3+ years of coding expertise using TypeScript
• 3+ years of Selenium WebDriver experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing API automation scripts and unit test scripts
• Extensive knowledge of GIT and CI
• Excellent familiarity with various design patterns, including POM, FPOM, FDP, Singleton, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask, and an ability to work independently and on a team

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with XCUI with Swift, Cypress, WebdriverIO, RestAssured, and JMeter
• Experience in Security Testing

• Discover/ connect/ pitch/ onboard niche e-learning content creators in the universe
• Come up with out-of-the-box strategies to engage with potential content creators using various channels in a cost-effective manner
• Help customers understand and imagine the possibilities and potential that our platform provides to them
• Be proficient in conducting live demos and resolving any technical queries that the customers might have

Roles and Responsibilities

• Extensive experience of 2-5 years in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing, Web Application security.
• An Experience in performing web application security assessments using hands on techniques for identifying SQL injections, XSS, CSRF, authentication/authorization, OWASP top 10 issues.
• Must have working experience in OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities Testing in Web applications.
• Create policy and standards for developers and testers to secure programming in the organization. (secure code review, static application security testing.
• Experience on both commercial and open source tools Cenzic Hailstorm, Burpsuite, AppScan, WebInspect, Appspider, sqlmap, OWASP ZAP. Assessing cloud security risk (AWS and Azure) and recommending appropriate security controls.
• Ability to interact with project teams to understand the security requirements and come up with solutions
• Extensive knowledge of managing Web Application Firewall (Product) including rules management and product administration
• Strong understanding of networking concept.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environments and with special attention to security and hardening issues.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of secure software development standard, process, techniques, cloud security policies and tools.
• Keep stakeholders updated with communications and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Security Platform and Services teams to build and integrate existing security solutions.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal.
• Willing to learn new skills and implement new technologies.
• Should come with bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or master’s in computer application / programing.
