
Position Overview:
Deqode is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will possess 5.5–10 years of extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform development, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and system integrations. This role demands strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and a commitment to best practices in Salesforce application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build responsive and efficient user interfaces using Lightning Pages and custom LWC components.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Assist with Salesforce release cycles by implementing and deploying updates to existing applications and code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including GenCloud and other third-party platforms.
- Uphold coding best practices and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Salesforce environment.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, incorporating relevant enhancements into ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5.5–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce application lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and integrated development environments.
- Proven ability to work with external systems and tools such as GenCloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and data management principles.
