Responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle communication on behalf of the Managing Partner, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
• Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Coordinate tasks for projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical records for efficient information access.
• Build and manage professional relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison.
• Address challenges proactively and support daily operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; shorthand skills are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant or secretary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.   

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.   

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.   

Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.   

Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

Lead and mentor junior product managers (if applicable).

Work with customer support and sales to gather and utilize customer feed back.

Use data driven decisions to improve product performance.

About the role:

Will be responsible for contacting & engaging with customers with care & empathy & responding to their queries in a professional manner. Ensuring customer satisfaction of the highest order.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries and managing customer coordination

• Approach all queries with customer centric attitude

• Manage data and MIS reports

• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction

• Help build and improve processes

• Adhere to set standards of TAT and SLA

• Demonstrates customer empathy during all interactions with customers.

Candidate requirements:

• Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in a customer support role

• Can handle voice and non-voice process (chat, email, phone)

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi

• A quick learner

• Ability to make high quality decisions & Multi task.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Any filed

• 0-1 years experience in a customer support role

• CTC Compensation upto 2.50 LPA to 3.50 LPA
