Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web-based SaaS applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for critical product workflows.
• Identify, document, track, and retest bugs using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test planning and test strategy.
• Perform cross-browser and responsive testing to ensure a consistent user experience.
