We are looking for a Hands-on software developer with strong hands-on experience in backend technologies (Node.js) who can lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

• Stay updated with evolving AI technologies and encourage the team to leverage AI tools effectively to improve development efficiency and innovation.

What skills do you need? 

• Extensive (Must have) hands-on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, backend development using Node.js and Express.js, and database management with MySQL.
• Strong command of JavaScript and understanding of its quirks and best practices
• Exposure to system design and interest in building scalable, high-availability systems.
• Experience from a high-growth product-based startup is a must-have.
• Ability to think strategically when designing systems—not just how to build, but why
• Prior work on B2C applications with a focus on performance and user experience

JOB DESRIPTION: C++ Developer ​

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with 4–7 years of experience to work in financial 

systems. The role involves working on mission-critical applications such as trading platforms, 

market data systems, risk engines, or payment processing systems, where performance, stability, 

and correctness are paramount.​

1. General Req -​

•4–7 years of professional C++ experience in performance-critical systems​

•Expert knowledge of modern C++ (C++11/14/17)​

•Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory models​

•Deep experience with multithreading, atomics, lock-free programming, and CPU cache 

behavior​

•Excellent knowledge of Linux internals and system-level programming​

•Experience with low-level debugging and profiling (gdb, perf, valgrind, flamegraphs)​

•Proficiency with CMake/Make and Git​

2. Trading Systems Experience (Highly Preferred)​

•Hands-on experience with order management systems (OMS) and execution engines​

•Knowledge of exchange protocols: FIX, ITCH, OUCH, FAST​

Mandatory (UX Skills) : Must have strong end-to-end UX experience (research, flows, wireframes, journey, prototyping)

Mandatory (UI Skills) : Must be able to deliver high-fidelity, developer-ready Figma designs

Mandatory (Design tools): Hand on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma. Knowledge of Axure, InVision are a plus

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have strong portfolio of Product Design works from SaaS / B2B / HRMS / Intranet Products. The portfolio should show detailed case studies, not just UI screens

Mandatory (Education) : Bachelor's degree specializing in Design or related field (NID / NIFT / IIT / equivalent preferred). No candidates who have only done short UX bootcamps (2–7 days).

Strong Graphic Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of experience in graphic design within B2C companies working across print and digital media

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience designing marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners, standees, event signage, and sponsorship assets) and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

Mandatory (Skill 1): Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Demonstrated portfolio including both print/event assets and digital/social creatives that show consistency, storytelling, and creativity.

Mandatory (Company): B2C product (preferred fintech)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop a customer sales pipeline and build new customer relationships
• Work with existing customers to grow the business and find new avenues for new product and business development
• Visit customers to learn about their ingredient needs and offer products from our large product portfolio
• Conduct market research and build networks to find new customer opportunities
• Follow customer requests, sampling and new project development
• Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
