Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in React.js and Redux. The ideal candidate is well-versed in modern frontend best practices, has a deep understanding of state management, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable software. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain user-facing features that enhance our platform and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Lead the design and implementation of complex React.js applications with a strong emphasis on Redux for state management.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Conduct peer code reviews and enforce best practices across the frontend team.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks; implement optimizations to ensure fast, responsive user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical solutions, estimate project timelines, and deliver high-quality features.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills in React, Redux, and modern frontend technologies.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvements in our frontend development process, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• React.js Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in building complex, high-scale React.js applications.
• Redux Mastery: Proven track record of architecting and maintaining global state management solutions using Redux.
• JavaScript & ES6+: Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), along with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Frontend Best Practices: In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Testing & Tooling: Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and branching strategies in collaborative environments.

Financial Package

• Rs. 10–20 Lakhs per annum, contingent on work experience

What you'll do:

• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, ionic, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more
• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient with Apache Cordova framework
• Built or maintained custom Cordova plugin
• Demonstrable knowledge of native coding background in iOS
• Understanding of Apple certificate and profile management
• Experience developing and deploying applications within Kubernetes based containers
• Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

- Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

- You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities :

- Develop new user-facing features.

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting it to the back-end.

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Skills And Qualifications :

- Good understanding of Angular 6+ or React.

- Proficient with JavaScript and jQuery.

- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, and CSS3.

- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Bitbucket.

- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, waterfall, and tools like Jira.

• You have 4-8 years of experience  in Frontend for web based applications with strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Frameworks like Angular  or React
• You love building things, and have built complex consumer web applications in the past.
• You have a sound understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• You are an expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• You are an expert in at least one JavaScript framework, such as Angular 7+, React or Vue.
• You understand how website-backend interacts with frontend as well as external APIs.
• You enjoy mentoring others and helping them solve challenging problems.
