Department Accounts and Finance
JD:
Accounting Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts and finance department.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Supervise the maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Review and approve journal entries and adjustments.
Perform ledger scrutiny to identity unusual balances and highlight
the same with resolution measures.
Monitor reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables.
Managing and maintaining borrowing and liquidity profile of the
Company and assisting CFO in evaluating various fund raising
options.
Preparation of documents relating to fresh borrowings and renewal
of existing credit lines.
Ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and IND AS as per reporting
requirements of client companies Auditing.
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and
reports to senior management.
Prepare quarterly Ind AS financial statements as required for Board
&exchange filing.
Assist in preparation of annual financial statements with disclosures.
Assist in various audits and data requirements. (Internal, Stat & IFC)
Prepare various information packs as required for management and
board meetings.
Regulatory reporting Prepare and file quarterly RBI XBRL returns.
Collation of information asked by RBI from time to time and during yearly inspection.
Ensure compliance with TDS, GST & Labour laws.
Skills Strong understanding of accounting principals.
Knowledge of Indian taxation specially TDS & GST.
Proficient with MS Office products. (MS Excel, word & outlook)
Self-motivated and proactive with good communication skills.
