Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for International and Domestic processes.
• Engage with customers in English, Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati/Bengali (as per process).
• Drive telesales, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and customer retention activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
• Achieve performance targets (KPI/KRAs) while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Provide VIP/priority support for high-value clients in specialized processes.

Eligibility

• Education: Minimum SSC/HSC; Graduates preferred.
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in International Telesales / Customer Service / Renewals / Collections.
• Age Criteria: 22 – 39 years (role-specific).
• Language Proficiency:
• English + Hindi (mandatory for international process).
• English + Hindi + Marathi / Gujarati / Bengali (for domestic VIP/Lite/HVM processes).
• Male candidates preferred for some VIP processes (per business need).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹37,000 In-Hand (based on experience & process).
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based (no cap).

• International (US): 11 PM – 9 AM (Night shift, 2 rotational offs).
• Domestic (Thane): 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (1 rotational off per week).

Walk-in Drive Details

⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Developing user interface components and ensuring cross-platform functionality on both Android and iOS.
• Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintaining and improving code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Staying updated with the latest Flutter and Dart developments and best practices.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

Product Development Engineer is responsible for front end development of modules of enliven CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrate them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and following the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

Responsibilities

·       Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers

·       Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

·       Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

·       Integration of data storage solutions {may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A or related field

·       Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {such as Laravel, Codeigniter, etc depending on your technology stack}

·       Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP, MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming

·       Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·       Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on the specific project)

·       Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

·       User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

·       Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

• 3+ years of experience in designing digital products.

We are looking for someone having 4-7 years of experience in Android development with good work experience in writing & debugging Android applications, experience in OOPs fundamentals, Java, Kotlin, SQLite, MySQL database management system.

Responsibilities 

- Be involved in all aspects of development: playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment and help develop best practices for future development.

- Fast prototyping of proof-of concept features/applications based on a brief.

Technical Skills
