Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C#/VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.

• 8+ years of experience in Vertex
• Hands on consulting experience on SAP Indirect Taxes / Taxes on Sales & Purchase
• Must have fundamental knowledge / understanding on Indirect tax regulation and standard within CE, NAM, LATAM
• Must have implementation & support experience on Vertex O series On Demand.
• Mush have knowledge on integration of Vertex with other system like SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur etc
• Experience in Automobile industry preferable.
• Customize Vertex settings to support business-specific tax needs and scenarios.
• Perform regular system checks and updates to maintain tax compliance and accuracy.
• Analyze current tax processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with finance, IT, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of tax automation systems
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP MM, etc.) and their integration with Vertex.

Job Description -

1. Calling Leads

• Call on parent leads through your CRM

• 60-75 leads are to be called daily

2. Generating trial classes

• Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class3. Take counseling sessions and convert

them

• Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes

• Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach

• Generate Revenue (3L+ per month)

•Hard core sales role hence the candidate must be a "go-getter" who is ready

to take up tough challenges and must have a never say die attitude.

• Deliver sales pitches and convert cold leads into customers/partners.

• The CTO will set company’s technological vision and lead its execution.
• Responsible to build and scale an online B2B / B2C platform from the scratch
• Build a solid technical team across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure.

• Min 5 years of experience must have headed a full journey experience of scaling up software product & technology from scratch within a B2C or B2B environment during zero to one phase of the startup
• Proven ability to work in the intersection of technology and business to drive revenue growth. Must have experience of working in a start-up during zero to one phase along with Founder/s or at a Founder/s minus 1 level.
• Proven experience of building and leading engineering teams that have scaled along the journey.
• Must have experience managing teams across Software development, Architecture & design, Dev Ops / Infrastructure
• Candidate must have nuanced understanding of trade-offs among features, risks and costs.
