As a Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN), you will be at the forefront of our web development team, leading the charge in creating and implementing cutting-edge applications using the MERN stack. Roles and responsibilities:

● Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

● Responsible for key technical and product decisions.

● The candidate should be hands-on in coding Work closely with the Product Manager and clients and help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.

● Talk to the management, production, and marketing employees to discuss project specifications and procedures.

● Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

● Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

● Manage the context in which team members operate, including Representing the team in planning meetings.

● Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the challenges and opportunities your team is facing building and deploying software.

● Participate in the hiring and onboarding of engineers.

● Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN stack.

● Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements

Skills Required:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

● Proven experience as a full stack developer with a focus on the MERN stack.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of mission-critical applications that support real-time monitoring, navigation, and decision-making for autonomous vessels. In this role, you will work across the entire tech stack, from designing scalable back-end services to developing high-performance front-end interfaces. You will collaborate with AI, perception, and robotics teams to build next-gen maritime autonomy solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop scalable web applications and backend services for real-time data processing and visualization.
• Architect and develop robust, maintainable services for real-time data processing, visualization, and communication.
• Design & Implement RESTful APIs & WebSockets for real-time autonomous system communication.
• Build Interactive Frontend Interfaces using React.js / Next.js, ensuring seamless UX for maritime operations.
• Continuously refine systems to handle large volumes of sensor data efficiently, with an eye on latency, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with AI & Robotics Teams to integrate cloud-based and edge-computing solutions.
• Deploy & Manage Applications in cloud environments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
• Own deployment processes in on premise servers, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless releases.
• Mentor & Guide Junior Developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in backend development with Node.js or Python.
• Strong experience in frontend development with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript.
• Expertise working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and TimeSeries databases.
• Experience with real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, gRPC, MQTT).
• Cloud deployment expertise – AWS, GCP, or Azure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-performance engineering teams.
