 Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.  Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications for our Banking Products. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and
• Have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Design and build applications for iOS platforms
• Ensure performance and quality of the application
• Collaborate with cross functional team to define and design the app
• Perform checks on correct functionality of app
• Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications
• Responsible to help maintain code quality, organization and automation
• Responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts
• Use encryption tools to safeguard content

• Expert in Objective-C or Swift programming
• UI and UX experience
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D graphics frameworks
• Experience with iOS frameworks
• Adept with benchmarking and modification
• Familiar with Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficiency with offline storage, threading and performance tuning
• Knowledgeable of clouds message API and push notifications_

• Working with Banks in 24x7 based environment and identify Application problems and advising on the solution.
• Analyzing application/OS logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
• Analyzing underlying database using SQL queries (MS SQL /Oracle or any other relational database).
• Deploying, testing, and reporting bugs/issues in new modules and support clients in testing.

Skills Required:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• knowledge of Linux Commands and database queries.
• Knowledge of Application servers i.e Apache Tomcat/ Jboss.
• Knowledge of shell script 
• knowledge on Banking Digital Products i.e. IMPS, UPI

Responsibilities

• Developing new software based on the client or organization requirement.
• Working on the Change Requests raised by clients.
• Understanding the business requirement of client and provide software solution to solve the business requirement.
• Analyzing the existing software/solution/code and enhance it as per requirement.
• Debugging/ Analyzing existing software/ services and carry out changes as per
•  
• Co-ordination with the onsite team and provide solution to the problems/ enhancements/bugs etc. reported.
• Working with field engineers, need to visit customers if the problem is more serious.
• Support Deploying, testing of new releases/bugs/issues in new patches and support
• client in testing if required.
• Support on-site team or clients during production release/ DR / System upgrade etc.

Skill-Set Requirement

• Excellent knowledge and in hand experience of working on JAVA, HIBERNATE and SPRING.
• Good knowledge of Any Database (Oracle/SQL/MYSQL etc.) DDL &DML queries.
• Knowledge of the software life cycle.
• Strong knowledge of the OOPs concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skill.
• Prior knowledge of Linux operation system is welcomed/preferred.
