
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, particularly with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on FI and at least one full-cycle S/4HANA end-to-end implementation, preferably Greenfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
- Play a critical role in Greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure solutions in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling modules.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve reporting capabilities.
- Provide support during system testing, data migration, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and deliver user training sessions.
- Engage in client-facing roles with experience handling European clients/projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO, with major expertise in FI.
- At least 1 full lifecycle end-to-end S/4HANA implementation, preferably Greenfield.
- Strong hands-on experience in minimum 3-4 SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Steel, or Retail industries is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of business processes in finance and controlling areas.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with European projects is a significant advantage.
