SAP ABAP CONSULTANT

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in custom code remediation, ATC analysis, and S/4HANA system conversion projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling SPAU/SPDD adjustments, modern ABAP

techniques, and should have worked on end-to-end greenfield/brownfield migrations to

S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform Custom Code Analysis and Remediation using ATC tools and SAP Simplification Database.
• Execute SYCM (Simplification Item Check) and SYCM_DOWNLOAD_REPOSITORY_INFO reports and interpret results.
• Handle SPAU and SPDD activities post technical conversion and manage adjustment of modified SAP objects.
• Support S/4HANA Migration (Brownfield/Conversion) projects end-to-end from an ABAP standpoint.
• Collaborate with functional and BASIS teams to address compatibility issues and ensure a smooth transition.
• Develop and enhance custom ABAP objects including Reports, Enhancements, BADI/User Exits, SmartForms, and Interfaces.
• Design and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services for Fiori consumption.
• Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and support post go-live stabilization.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong ABAP experience with a focus on S/4HANA readiness.
• Deep knowledge of ATC Custom Code Checks, S/4HANA simplification items, and code remediation.
• Expertise in SPAU/SPDD handling and understanding of SAP OSS Note adjustments.
• Good command over CDS Views, AMDP, and OData.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP and enhancement techniques.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori architecture and services.

Strong SAP EWM Functional Consultant Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and minimum 1 rollout project (full lifecycle exposure – Requirement Gathering to Go-Live & Hypercare).

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong hands-on experience in Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes, including Goods Receipt, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Staging, and Goods Issue.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong process knowledge in O2C (Order-to-Cash), Supply Chain Management, and Warehouse Execution processes.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience in Decentralized EWM and SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM (Cloud-oriented landscape preferred).

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution – Outbound processes) and SAP TM (Transportation Management).

Mandatory (Domain Exposure) – Candidates must have worked in Manufacturing or Supply Chain-driven environments; Automotive industry experience preferred

Strong SAP SD Senior Consultant -Taxation & S/4HANA Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with SD as core module in previous roles.

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have minimm 1 end-to-end SAP implementation with strong hands-on experience in Taxation.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong expertise in Pricing and Taxation including Tax Determination Rules, Tax Classifications, GST Tax Conditions (India), and Tax Codes.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, and Integration with FI.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience in S/4HANA (preferably in global rollout or localization projects).

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience in integrating SAP SD/FI with third-party tax engines such as Vertex, ONESOURCE, or Avalara.

Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have strong experience in Pricing Procedure configuration including tax routines, reverse calculations, and volume-based taxes.

Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have hands-on exposure to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) for e-invoicing and statutory reporting.

Mandatory (Integration Knowledge) – Must have strong integration experience with FICO (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management).

Mandatory (Tax Domain Knowledge) – Must have deep understanding of Indirect Taxes (GST/VAT), Withholding Tax, and excise-related processes.

Mandatory (Project Exposure) – Must have worked on minimum 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Blueprint to Go-Live).

Strong SAP QM Functional Consultant Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of total SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management).

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have worked as a Business SAP Process Consultant with strong understanding of quality processes integrated within manufacturing environments.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have completed minimum 2 end-to-end SAP QM implementations and rollout experience (full lifecycle exposure including Blueprint, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare).

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong integration experience with SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and SAP FI (Finance).

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong S/4HANA experience in SAP QM.

Mandatory (Education Background) – Must hold a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with exposure to Tool Design, Production Planning, or Product Engineering.

Mandatory (Stability Criteria) – Candidate must demonstrate career stability with minimum 2 years tenure in at least one organization (avoid frequent job changes).

Mandatory (Process Knowledge) – Strong functional knowledge of Quality Planning, Quality Inspection (Incoming, In-Process, Final), Quality Notifications, Audit Management, and integration with production and procurement cycles.
