Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to engage with inbound and outbound leads, educate them on our platform, and convert them into premium subscribers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for solving customer problems, and basic IT knowledge (domains, SEO, hosting, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to pitch our premium offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using our platform.
- Convert free users to paid premium users by clearly demonstrating value.
- Maintain a pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Troubleshoot basic IT-related queries around website setup, domain names, and SEO features.
- Record and update lead interactions in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities.
- Basic understanding of websites, domain names, SEO, and digital tools.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity apps.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling SaaS or digital products.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET (C#) and Angular to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full development stack, a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, and the ability to work independently with clients. Experience in microservices architecture is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework and Angular
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both backend and frontend components
- Interact directly with clients for requirement gathering, demos, sprint planning, and issue resolution
- Work closely with designers, QA, and other developers to ensure high-quality product delivery
