Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Commerce background / MBA Finance (mandatory).
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation/project management experience
• Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments
• Strong expertise in accounting principles, R2R (Record-to-Report), treasury, and financial workflows.
• Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to write and debug complex queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
• Experience working with ETL pipelines or data migration processes
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive client success

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing financial automation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline)
• Familiarity with API integrations and basic data mapping

Relevant Experience:

• 12+ years of IT experience in delivering medium-to-large data engineering, and analytics solutions
• Min. 4 years of Experience working with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, Azure SQL, Power BI, SAC and other BI, data visualization and exploration tools
• Deep understanding of master data management & governance concepts and methodologies
• Experience in Data Modelling & Source System Analysis 
• Familiarity with PySpark 
• Mastery of SQL 
• Experience with Python programming language used for Data Engineering purpose. 
• Ability to conduct data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical design and construction of technical data flows.

What will you be doing?

- Leading and managing our Customer Support team with regular 1-1s and identifying the training needs.

   -  Looking for more technical support person with troubleshooting and product bug fixing experience.

- Coaching the team to improve and striving to give our customers the best experience.
