Total CTC - upto 4LPA (90% fixed & 10% variable)

• Support and host live virtual classes with energy and expertise
• Engage learners before sessions and guide them throughout
• Facilitate Q&A, evaluate assignments, mentor projects, and manage demo classes
• Be the content consultant learners rely on
• Manage projects and ensure smooth course journeys
• Elevate the learning experience and drive course completion

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in tech (Java, Python, SQL, DevOps, ML/AI, AWS, Azure & more)
• Excellent communication skills—written & spoken, fit for a global audience
• Confident public speakers who love engaging with learners

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
