Job Requirements: • Lead the social gaming team in establishing the product vision & strategy, creating the product roadmap and planning & prioritizing feature development goals. • Own the P&L for the multi-game social gaming platforms which cover diverse set of games across genres. • Analyse and interpret data and make meaningful conclusions to provide insights on user behaviour to design & prioritise feature development. • Conduct competitive reviews of external games & identify gaps & opportunities through competitor analysis. • Create in-game economy and monetization models to maximise revenue earning potential of these platforms. • Lead Live Operations to improve revenue and engagement including optimizing virtual goods pricing, events, tournaments, etc. • Work with the marketing team on development and implementation of go-to-market & user acquisition strategies. • Working with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end layer at FalconBrick and deliver stellar end user experiences
• Building responsive and elegant mobile and desktop web UIs
• Test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle
• Architect, develop and maintain front-end libraries

Desired Candidate Profile

• You love working with JavaScript and are very familiar with JavaScript design patterns and can build fairly complex UI
• Have at least 2 years experience in development of responsive web/mobile applications using advanced JS and web technologies
• And with at least 1 year of experience building frontend UI with a framework like ReactJS
• Youre very comfortable in writing HTML and CSS and love designing beautiful webpages
• Have good communication skills, strong work ethics And are comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviews
