Roles & Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for providing a diligent and strategic approach to recruitment across a range of business divisions and job functions.
• The incumbent will be responsible for Sourcing, Assessment and managing the Interview process with all stakeholders.
• Liaison with business stakeholders and hiring managers for planning and successful execution of the hiring plan.
• Managing various sourcing channels like Employee referrals, Search partners, IJP, web portals and others effectively to close open positions within agreed timelines and cost.
• Strategizing innovative and effective ways to hire quality people
• Managing pre-joining activities by engaging offered candidates

Requirements:
• MBA or PG Diploma or any equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in managing end of end of TA process.
• Must be tech-savvy and work on software's.
• Should be well versed with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong working relationships across a complex, matrix organization, with the ability to take the lead and provide advice and direction to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment processes.
• Creative thinker who can bring innovative solutions to improve processes and work methods
• Good analytical skills with the ability to collate, interpret and present data to impact and influence business decision making

• Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues,diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions

•  Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX-based products.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics AX using Morph X& X++ and C#
• Good in writing Business logic and customizing existing functionalities
• Experience in ISV development
• Performing AX version upgrade
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Good understanding on AX Architecture
• Experience in Integration projects (Power app, Logic App)
• Experience in Development with Best Practice.

JD as below:

1. Hands on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
2. Should be really agile on Adobe photoshop.
3. Ability to understand advertising and website / app design briefs and visualize the graphic look and feel.
4. Good aesthetic understanding in terms of colors and fonts usage.
5. Should have worked in a digital advertising / website development firm before.
6. A brief understanding of print and OOH creatives is a plus.
7. Knowledge of HTML5 coding also a plus.
8. Should be a patient listener and a team player.
9. Should have the attitude of working on short notices and off timings.

Tech Stack Expected: Java 8/11, Spring Boot,  Spring Cloud, JUnit/Mockito, MySQL, Kafka, Avro, git, Jenkins, PCF, DDD/BDD/TDD.

• We are looking for candidates with strong programming experience of more than 3 years and deep knowledge on data structure and algorithms.
• Need strong in Spring Cloud
• Strong experience in Microservices
• DS and Algorithms: looking for problem solving skills. Who can Optimize code
• PCF: Manage the pipeline by Developer. Dev need to own it.
• Fundamental knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes will be helpful. Know how on Scale up and down etc...
• Secure coding practices
• Nice to have Pair programming experience:
