What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap identification

• Strong understanding of on-page SEO: meta tags, schema, internal linking, URL structure and content optimization

• Experience managing technical SEO: site audits, crawling issues, indexing, page speed and mobile optimization

• Ability to plan and execute backlink strategies using safe, high-quality methods

• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

• Experience working with blogs, landing pages and long-form content

• Ability to coordinate with writers, developers and designers for SEO requirements

• Proven experience in improving rankings for competitive keywords

• Understanding of local SEO and structured data markup

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, bootstrapped startup environment

• Bonus: Experience with Django or basic HTML/CSS is useful but not mandatory

Must Have Skills :

1.      NET Full stack Developer (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular 4 & above, PostgreSQL)

2.      Experience in Unit testing

3.      Hands on experience with building RESTful Web APIs, micro services

4.      Experience in Asynchronous programming

5.      Good understanding of Authentication and Authorization models in Web APIs

6.      Good at Data structure and Algorithms.

7.      Experience with Entity framework.

3 - 5 Years of experience, in that min 2 years of experience with PHP MVC frameworks like

Laravel(preferred), CodeIgniter, etc.

Strong Experience in PHP and MySQL and their declarative query languages

Understanding the fully synchronous behaviour of PHP

Strong experience in JavaScript and good to have working knowledge on any JS frameworks like Angular (Preferred) React, Python etc. - Understanding of MVC design patterns

Good understanding of front-end technologies JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, and CSS3

Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

Understanding accessibility and security compliance

Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

You will participate in the complete cycle of building machine learning models from conceptualization of ideas, data preparation, feature selection, training, evaluation, and productionization.

On a typical day, you might build data pipelines, develop a new machine learning algorithm, train a new model or deploy the trained model on the cloud. • Bachelor's degree in computer science/electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of Industry experience in Data Science, ML/AI projects. Experience in productionizing machine learning in the industry setting
• Strong grasp of statistical machine learning, linear algebra, deep learning, and computer vision
• 3+ years experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: R, Python.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow or other ML Frameworks.
• Experience in using Cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure. Understand the principles of developing cloud-native application development

• Design and implement ML components, systems and tools to automate and enable our various AI industry solutions
• Apply research methodologies to identify the machine learning models to solve a business problem and deploy the model at scale.
• Own the ML pipeline from data collection, through the prototype development to production.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable inference services that communicate with the rest of our tech stack

As a Head of Product, you will be responsible for strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.

What you will do:

• Defining and aligning of the vision, strategy and roadmap
• Identifying opportunities that lead to product growth through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/ priorities
• Overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business’s product to suit the consumers’ needs
• Defining, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and controlling of the measures to achieve the objectives set
• Building the product team and hiring across product roles
• Managing and taking ownership of product end-to-end: including defining scope, developing requirements for product launch
• Analyzing customer needs/ markets, competitive offering and user requirements in depth
• Coordinating with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understanding product priorities and implementing a product governance framework
• Conceptualizing innovative features, designing wireframes/ prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance app usability
• Working collaboratively with various teams including marketing, business, UX, customer support and engineering teams etc.

What you need to have:

• MBA/ B.Tech from Tier 1 Colleges (IIM/ ISB/ IIT/ BITS)
• 12+ years of B2C product experience at a product company
• Solid Leadership background coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in handling and managing teams
• Comfort diving into data and deriving tangible insights
• Proven track record of shipping several high impact features, end-to-end
• Prior startup & fintech experience is a plus
• Prior experience in tech roles is a plus
