Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a mechanical background to support our sales team in the transmission tower lines sector. The role involves managing client interactions, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coordination: Serve as the main contact for clients, handle inquiries, and manage relationships.
• Sales Support: Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Track and follow up on sales leads.
• Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Monitor project progress.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain project documentation, generate sales reports, and manage scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a sales coordination or related role, preferably in the power transmission industry.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be leading a motivated sales team and take complete ownership of sales. Your will:

1. Drive 2-3X growth in revenue every 6 months through people and world class sales practices
2. Drive 3-4X conversions from current channels and optimize conversion percentage from the current lead flow
3. Come up with Product Pricing & Product Innovation to multiply revenues.
4. Drive growth of sales team from 50 to 200 in 6-12 month duration by hiring top class talent.
5. Design industry beating incentive structures, sales challenges (monthly/weekly), compensation plans, etc
6. Set a high-performance culture, energy, and cohesiveness so that sales teams are working with high energy
7. Constantly mentor, coach, and train team leads.

Competencies:

• Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C & B2B Sales with 50+ crore annual targets.
• Experience in handling a sales team with 100-500 associates, leads, and managers.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English.
• Highly self-motivated, able to work with a target-driven mindset.
• Minimum 6+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
• MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes (ISB, IIM, XLRI, BITS, etc) preferred.

Candidate should have worked in startups, possess strong programming skills in Python, displays a sense of ownership and is highly energetic and eager to learn state-of-the-art tech and ML.

Representative (not exhaustive) responsibilities:

• Assess the current design and infrastructure of the backend server, and continuously implement enhancements to make the systems more robust, reliable and responsive
• Design, implement, test, and deploy APIs with Python on Linux servers
• Enhance back-end functionality and integrate with the front end to deliver a fully functional product
• Implement and set up automated tests to periodically test backend infrastructure for reliability, security and performance
• Design new data pipelines to enable the production deployment of new models
• Mentor junior employees and interns in the company
• Additionally, interest and ability to contribute to the continuous enhancement of our state-of-the-art NLP model pipeline and Inferencing engine is a big plus
• Be ready to roll up your sleeves and participate in customer calls, understand our ICP well, do research around product features, etc.
