Lead technical Consultant

Experience: 9-15 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

Good Communication skills is a must have.

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Next.js and Node.js, and a basic understanding of Python. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable web applications, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
2. Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
3. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
7. Contribute to API design and development.
8. Utilize Python for automation scripts or microservice-level integrations when required.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 3–7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
2. Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, and Node.js frameworks.
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
4. Familiarity with Python (basic scripting or API-level integration).
5. Good understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
6. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Exposure to TypeScript and modern JavaScript standards (ES6+).
2. Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and performance optimization in Next.js.
3. Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployment environments.

Requirements:

• Experience in agile development process.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web
• Good understanding and experience of working on Vue.js/React.js.
• Prior experience building REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Node.js/Golang/Java + Redis + Elasticsearch.
• Experience with AWS/GCP is a plus
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT.
• Experience in developing automated unit and functional tests
• 1+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

• Developer with 3-5 years of well-proven experience in Web UI & middleware REST API development using NodeJS and ReactJS
• Must be well versed with using anonymous functions, Prototypes, Call-back functions, promises in Node JS
• Experience in ReactJS component lifecycle and Redux
• Must be able to create and consume data from REST services.
• Experience in Babel and Webpack
• Must be familiar with Github and GitLab
• Must have strong experience in MYSQL, Postgres relational databases and MongoDB.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS is an added advantage
• Experience in GCP, Azure, AWS cloud technologies is an added advantage
• Familiarity with continuous integration
