We’re a lean, fast-moving startup on a mission to build cool, scalable web solutions—and we’re looking for a Trainee PHP Developer who’s hungry to learn and ready to dive into real code from day one.

At our place, you won’t be stuck doing repetitive tasks or fetching coffee (unless you want to). You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced devs, building real products, making mistakes, fixing them, and growing fast.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the ropes of PHP development, including working with MySQL, APIs, and web services
• Build, test, and improve small features and internal tools
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product folks
• Experiment, ask questions, break things, and help fix them
• Get hands-on with code reviews, Git workflows, and modern dev tools
• Learn frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter (we’ll help!)

What We're Looking For

• A solid foundation in PHP (even basic is fine—you’ll grow here)
• Some exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• A learning mindset—we care more about curiosity than experience
• Willingness to try, fail, ask, and try again
• Bonus: You’ve played around with a PHP project or tried building something on your own

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (CS/IT or related fields preferred)
• Self-taught developers are welcome too

• Developing and maintaining dynamic websites and web applications
• Ensure foolproof performance of the deliverable
• Coordinate with co-developers and other related departments.
• Experience own and work on end to end on an application.
• Set Milestones and deadline.
• Fine-tuning and resolve performance issues
• Mentor colleagues and code walk through.

Must have Skills:

PHP, OOP, codeigniter, Jquery, MySQL

Location: Job Location : Senapati Bapat Marg, Elphinstone Road.

• Design and develop solutions to complex technical problems spanning the development of product features, quality validation, and deployment to customers
• Build highly scalable web applications that are designed for high performance
• Lead design and code reviews
• Work closely with senior management, Product Manager, and our team of developers.
• Contribute visibly to product quality, innovation, and customer-centric design across the engineering organization
• Lead, motivate and direct team members to build high-quality software in a fast-paced agile environment
• Actively hire the engineering & product team, & develop the existing team
• Share experiences and skills to aid team members in enhancing their professional skills and career

• 4+ years of experience building large scalable systems
• Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience in software development using open source technologies
• Knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns, and enterprise integration patterns
• Must have experience in delivering software via complete Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline

• A history of working on side/hobby projects or contributing to open source projects is a plus
• You have worked in a startup before
