Responsibilities :
- Provide input regarding Dynamics AX capabilities and functionality to our clients
- Develop an understanding of our clients’ business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX
- Document business requirements for implementation using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology
- Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team
- Test the functionality developed by the implementation team against the business requirements
- Full end to end life cycle Dynamics AX projects with emphasis on the finance /Production/Trade & Logistics modules etc.
- Ensuring project scope and responsibilities are clearly articulated to enable effective management of client expectations and project change control.
- Identifying opportunities to deliver additional solutions within the existing client base.
