Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and scale our fintech platform. You will own the entire lifecycle of our financial products, from designing high-performance relational schemas in PostgreSQL to building interactive dashboards in React.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain end-to-end features using the PERN stack

(PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js).

• Database Optimization: Design complex relational models and optimize SQL queries to

handle high-volume financial data and audit trails.

• Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security measures (e.g., JWT, OAuth, data

encryption) and ensure the platform adheres to fintech standards like PCI-DSS.

• API Architecture: Develop robust RESTful APIs to integrate with third-party banking APIs,

payment processors (Stripe/Plaid), and KYC providers.

Technical Requirements

• Front-end: Advanced proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or TanStack Query)

and modern CSS (Tailwind/Styled Components).

• Back-end: Expert-level Node.js and Express.js experience, with a focus on asynchronous

programming and secure API design.

• Database: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (complex joins, indexing, triggers, and

migrations).

Additional skills

• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture (using AWS SQS/SNS or Kafka).

• Familiarity with SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.

• Cloud (AWS): Proven experience with:

• RDS/Aurora for managed databases.
• IAM for secure access management.
• AWS Lambda & API Gateway for serverless architecture.
• CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.

• Tools: Git, Docker, and experience with CI/CD workflows.

Strong Graphic Designer Profile, with a focus on Marketing / branding works

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in graphic design with B2C brands across Digital Marketing, Social media, & branding teams

Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven experience designing marketing collaterals and digital creatives for social media and campaigns

Mandatory (Skill 1): Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for design execution and collaboration.

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and lead-generation design principles — ability to convert marketing objectives into impactful visuals.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Very Strong portfolio of marketing assets (Digital assets, social media, marketing videos) for B2C brands

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product Companies (preferred fintech)

Required Technical Skills

 Experience required: 5-8 yrs.  Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow Design and Development experience apart from

support/admin.  Good to have any #ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Application

Developer Certification.  #ITSM/ #ITBM/ #ITOM/ #SecurityOps/ #grc development experience (Good to have).  Hand on experience in Integration of third-party API's - Primary skills: ServiceNow

#ITSM/GRC Dev engineer.  Must be CSA certified and great plus if certified as Implementation specialist.  Hands On Experience in #Integration of #API's. Preferred

 Minimum years of experience: 3 years in ServiceNow development

Certification is mandatory - #CAD Custom Application Development

Responsibilities: 

• Shall be responsible for the coordination of campaigns where one would get to learn the entire process of pitching business to the clients and execution of the campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other methods.
• Setting up meetings with the new clients.
• Preparing MOMs and brief documents.
• Brainstorming and preparation of presentations
