We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Just Gold LLC. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Day to Day running of  Subscription orders across 4 major cities across India. Ensure Smooth Operations and a great customer experience.

These responsibilities can include:

1. Overseeing and developing an inventory management system to prevent stock outs

2. Should have 2-4 years experience in hotels/ restaurants/ cloud kitchens/ food industries. 

3. Should have working experience in a cloud kitchen environment.   

4. Should have worked on operational parameters of Swiggy & Zomato.

5. Should be able to handle cloud kitchen outlets.

6. Should be able to coordinate with vendors & stakeholders.    

7. Coordinating with Operations Heads of other departments to ensure smooth operations

8. Ensuring that orders are prepared and dispatched in a timely manner so as to ensure     customer satisfaction

9. Coordinating with Head Chefs to ensure Quality Control

10. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies, promotional activities

11. Ensure efficiency in Costing and Expenses 

12. Locating  new channels to increase revenue

·  Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred) Prior Experience in IT Projects Handling / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles.

What you need to have:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a Health Tech / Digital Health / E-commerce startup        
• CA degree
• Must be confident communicator, self-starter, and having the ability to get things done
• Must have an analytical bent of mind, able to take data and make reports, draw out trends
• Strong knowledge in preparation of financial projections
• Strong knowledge related to Books-Close, Controllership, Analytics, Financials’ preparation etc. under a Tally environment       
• Should be currently based out of Delhi/ NCR       

This is the first senior person we are bringing for this role. This person will start with the training program but will go on to build a team and eventually also be responsible for the entire training program + Bootcamp.

We are looking for someone fairly senior and has experience in data + tech. At some level, we have all the technical expertise to teach you the data stack as needed. So it's not super important you know all the tools. However, having basic knowledge of the stack requirement. The training program covers 2 parts - Technology (our stack) and Process (How we work with clients). Both of which are super important.

• Experience Training working professionals on in-demand skills like Snowflake, debt, Fivetran, google data studio, etc.
• Training/Implementation Experience using Fivetran, DBT Cloud, Heap, Segment, Airflow, Snowflake is a big plus
