Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and trends to join our team. As a Social Media Manager in the Web3 space, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive community growth across various platforms within the decentralized ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives and the ethos of Web3.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and emerging Web3 platforms.
3. Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
4. Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates within the Web3 community and empower them to amplify our message and mission.
5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user acquisition and engagement.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in Web3 and cryptocurrency spaces, and leverage them to inform content and engagement strategies.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.
9. Risk Management: Mitigate potential risks and manage crisis situations effectively on social media platforms.
10. Experimentation: Continuously experiment with new approaches, formats, and features to drive innovation and maximize reach and impact.

Requirements:

1. Deep Understanding of Web3: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
2. Experience in Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or projects, preferably within the Web3 or cryptocurrency space.
3. Creative Skills: Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to develop engaging content and narratives.
4. Community Building: Experience building and nurturing online communities, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful interactions.
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to track performance and derive actionable insights.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

• Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, MVC, WEB API) having web development and UI development experience (frontend and backend).
• Proficient understanding of Single Page Application architecture and frameworks
• Must have exposure to any Relational DB (MSSQL, MYSQL).
• Strong understanding of data structure, SOLID Principles and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns for Real world problems.
• Conceptual knowledge of multi-threaded programming and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience in working on trending technologies, .Net Core, Node JS, NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in Micro-services architecture & Micro front end applications
• Experience with Unit Testing framework.
• Proficient understanding of Web UI test methodologies, frameworks and tools, such as BDD, Selenium.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, protocol and client-side scripting technologies in general, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, REST API, Angular.
• Must possess strong attention to details, high aesthetical taste, and ability to apply user-centric design approach to produce a delightful and highly usable UI/UX.

• Experience with automated deployment and associated technologies (helm/yaml/ansible/docker)
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience in Security Domain or Security Tools for Application Validation/Scanning will be a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate design, specification, test and implementation details.
• Occasional flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to collaborate with remote teams.
• Proven tracks on the ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

• Must have experience in Theme and API integration/customization.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of SSH, Nginx, and Apache.
• Knowledge in the GIT version is plus.

• Develop back-end/frontend new functionality
• Building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites.
• Coding of the Magento templates.
• Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
• Designing themes and interfaces.
• Setting performance tasks and goals.
• Troubleshooting integration issues.

Peoplesoft Technical - SSE

Sr.Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in PeopleSoft

Mandatory:

Good knowledge and minimum 5 years hands-on Technical experience on Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Package and Integration Broker.

Good Verbal & Written communication Skills

Preferred:

Sound techno-functional and business process conceptual knowledge on Peoplesoft Finance procure to pay modules - AP,GL,PC, AM, PO, ePro, SCMT, Catalog Management & eSettlements.

Experience on reporting tools like BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, PS Security, and nVision reports will be added advantage.

Worked in Upgrade/ Support/Development projects in PeopleSoft Financials.

Worked on all phases of a project - design, development, testing etc.

Knowledge in mainframes would be an added advantage
