Organize and manage board and committee meetings.
Draft meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
M&A and Legal:
Contribute to due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions.
Manage NCLT proceedings and legal documentation.
Qualifications:
CS
Exposure in NCLT, mergers, IBC, FEMA, RBI, and Companies Act 2013.
